A previously unused part of the city where an old wiring factory stood has been re-conceptualized as an industrial complex devoted to the arts. Fashion, architecture, music, multimedia, communication – anything creative can occur on these grounds. Visitors are welcome to shop, explore an artist’s work, try inventive food, and be inspired by the re-creation of a forgotten city quarter.
