What to do when you're not training for you're next half-pipe competition on Park City's world class slopes? Take a hint from Aussie-turned-local Torah Bright. Our friends at Roxy hooked us up with the snowboarder and Olympic gold medalist who now calls the Beehive state home. 

Best place to stayWashington School House Hotel.

Best mountain: Park City Mountain Resort.

Best run: Pick N Shovel park.

Best lodge hang-out: The Viking Yurt.

Best fireside lounging: The mountainview patio fire pits at the St. Regis Deer Valley.

Best spot to recover: Stein Eriksen Lodge Spa

Best locals-only spot: El Chubasco Mexican restaurant.

Best breakfast: The Bridge Cafe and Grill.

Best lunch: Cobra Dogs!!

Best dinner: Cafe Terigo.

Best coffee: Chai, please. : )

Best escape: Riding on the mountains.

Best shop for gear: They're all good.

Best shop for gifts: Prospect.

Best surprise: Waking up to fresh powder. Not much can beat that.

Where I bring all my friends who are here for the first time: A stroll up historic Main Street. It's got something for everyone.

I always bring back: Good memories.

I always go back for: Riding my home half pipe at Park City with my good buddies.
