After a weekend with friends in the Danish capital, Peter and Fiona Boman — featured on our 24 Best Travelers on Steller and 24 Best Instagrams to Follow — shared stunning photos from their trip.

De Fire Arstider is a great little café/restaurant/bar by The Meat Packing District. It opens early and closes late (10 a.m.–11 p.m.).

Statens Museum for Kunst displays art dating from the 14th century through the present day in a space where old and contemporary architecture meet in perfect harmony.

Bikes, bricks, and butchers — and a vast array of great restaurants, bars, and galleries — make up The Meat Packing District. Allow yourself to get lost here for a while. There's also a great Saturday food market.

Kødbyens Fiskebar serves seafood in a gorgeous industrial setting. Be still my heart.

Spisehuset is a stunning little restaurant with four-course, snack, and cheese menus; local and seasonal handmade beers; and organic wine. All at a great value. Open in the evening from Wednesday through Saturday.

Sort Kaffe & Vinyl is a vinyl record shop that's also a magnificent little coffee shop. Can't get better than that, can it?

The prettiest — and most inspirational — little flower shop on the planet.

Granola has the best brunch spread in the city. Great ice creams and shakes as well.

If you only have time to wander around one neighborhood in Copenhagen, make it the canals in cobblestoned Christianshavn.

Central Hotel & Café is a postage stamp-size cafe (with one hotel room upstairs) that serves the best cortado in the city in a lovely interior space.

This furniture is Scandinavian minimalism at its best.

Café Oven Vande is a great cafe in an even greater location. Have a delicious cake while people watching in ever-charming Christianshavn.

Madklubben Vesterbro is a restaurant that offers simple pleasures in stunning surroundings.
